Panel de Pon is an arcade puzzle-matching game released exclusively in Japan for the Super Famicom. It was eventually localized as Tetris Attack in the US, and given a Yoshi-themed reskin (and recieved some extra content).
If you recognize anything from this game, it's Lip, the main character. Her "stick" is an item in Super Smash Bros.
